Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. If international shipping becomes available in the future, the website will be updated with the applicable shipping destinations and charges.

Delivery Attempts

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or if any item is missing, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve your concern quickly, please provide your order number along with clear photographs of the package and the affected products.
Delayed Deliveries
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier issues, severe weather, transportation disruptions, public holidays, or other unforeseen events. Lylo Italy is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving any shipping issues.
Order CancellationOrders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be governed by our Return & Refund Policy, where applicable.
